Debra R. Stockton

Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel

Debra R. Stockton joined EverGreen Solutions in 2008 as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel.  Prior to joining EverGreen, Ms. Stockton was a Partner at the law firm of Conner & Winters, LLP in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she assisted clients in a variety of industries with mergers and acquisitions, entity formations (including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships), contract review and negotiation, as well as other general corporate matters.  Her other experience includes serving as counsel and in contract management for The Williams Companies, including its telecommunications division, and AFN, LLC. 

Ms. Stockton's responsibilities at EverGreen Solutions include all matters relating to the business of the company including legal matters, as well as matters related to strategic planning, employee utilization, and business development.  

Ms. Stockton holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science / Business Administration from Northeastern State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa.  She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Association.
