Todd Swedeen

Chief Technology Officer

Todd Swedeen joined the EverGreen Solutions team in 2004 as the Director of Custom Programming. Prior to working with EverGreen Solutions, Mr. Swedeen was employed by Yardi Systems, Inc. for over six years where he served as a software developer and programmer. He has been actively involved in developing and enhancing software programs on various platforms. Mr. Swedeen has created and substantially modified complex reports, end-user interfaces, and workflows.

Mr. Swedeen serves in an executive role at EverGreen Solutions providing direction and oversight on intricate custom programming projects, training of EverGreen staff, identifying markets for services, and developing firm strategy.

Mr. Swedeen is COS, NCP, and SEMAP certified.
