The primary role of the Director of Client Services is to provide project management services to real estate management companies throughout the United States and abroad. This will include participating in projects from planning to implementation and providing technical leadership and training with designated clients. This position reports to the Senior Director of Client Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel - travel is required with this position, often 30-60% of the time which will vary based on assigned projects.
  • Management – be able to lead a team and delegate responsibilities
  • Consulting - participate in business process re-engineering efforts including performing in-depth analysis of current operations and developing future policies and procedures.
  • Project Management - serve as project and resource coordinator including developing project plans and scheduling resources.
  • Software Configuration - provide technical implementation services including hardware and software configuration and customized menu set-up.
  • Technical Writing - develop technical policies and procedures for instruction manuals including interviewing key stakeholders, recommending best practices and incorporating client standard operating procedures.
  • Training - conduct end-user technical training and perform certification and evaluation of training participants.
  • Technical Support - provide support for clients with technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Yardi Voyager product strongly preferred
  • Some management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
