EverGreen to Take Lead on Quality Control & Technical Support

Washington , D.C. - EverGreen Solutions is pleased to announce its role in the award of a five year contract for "Business Service Provider of Single-Family Asset Management Housing Programs" by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to Yardi Systems. Yardi Systems recently appointed EverGreen Solutions as a Sub-Contractor on this project. As such, EverGreen Solutions will take the lead on quality control and provide technical support.

During the course of the project, Yardi Systems will replace the Federal Housing Administration’s (FHA)’s existing mainframe system with a browser-based software solution for personnel and contractors to access nationally. This system will enable personnel to access integrated property management data and track appraisals through a centralized database via the internet. Prior to deployment EverGreen Solutions will create test scripts and perform extensive system testing to ensure optimal functionality.

Once the program has gone live, help desk technicians will be provided by EverGreen Solutions, and will be available to assist FHA staff, Management and Maintenance contractors, and Closing Agents with technical issues they may encounter while utilizing the web-based program.
