HIPP Now Operating at Full Speed on Yardi Voyager

Washington , D.C. – On Thursday, March 22, EverGreen Solutions, the national leader in technology consulting for real estate management, proudly announces the completed implementation of Yardi Voyager for Denver, Colorado-based HIPP Capital.

EverGreen Solutions provided an aggressive system implementation for HIPP Capital for their newly acquired property, Sioux Meadows Park, in Sidney, Nebraska. Sioux Meadows Park is the firm’s first large-scale project with approximately 86 buildings on the property. In order to manage such a large entity, HIPP needed a more robust property management software. Yardi Voyager was the answer to their software needs, and EverGreen Solutions provided a rapid implementation enabling HIPP Capital to take immediate advantage of the operating and accounting functions of Voyager for Sioux Meadows Park.

As HIPP Capital acquires more properties, EverGreen Solutions will continue to provide technical consulting and advisory services to ensure optimal use of their newly implemented Yardi Voyager system.
