EverGreen Kicks Off Project Immediately for Fast Track Selection

Washington , D.C. – On Monday, July 2, EverGreen Solutions, the national leader in technology consulting for real estate management, proudly announces Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) as a new business partner.

RRHA provides affordable housing to low and moderate income families, the elderly and the disabled in Richmond, Virginia. It is currently Virginia’s largest housing authority with 4,100 units. RRHA is more than an affordable housing developer and manager. RRHA works to help families in the Richmond community achieve self sufficiency by providing job training and educational programs. RRHA community development programs directly serve more than 33,000 Richmond citizens.

They also provide counseling, wellness programs, and recreational programs for the RRHA Resident families.

RRHA chose EverGreen Solutions to provide software selection services for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) in the first phase of the agency’s plan to replace the entire enterprise business solution for all agency management and financial operations. EverGreen will also be providing project management services for the implementation of the HCVP and other related technical and consulting services.
