EverGreen Solutions Promotes Todd Swedeen to Chief Technology Officer

Washington , D.C. – On Thursday, July 12, 2007, EverGreen Solutions, the national leader in technology consulting for real estate management, proudly announces the promotion of Todd Swedeen to Chief Technology Officer.

Providing programming and technology expertise to EverGreen Solutions’ clients, Mr. Swedeen has filled a central role with the firm since he joined in 2004. He is exceptionally well versed in the intricacies of the Yardi product line and is able to create custom reports of varying levels of complexity for the firm’s clients. Under his leadership, the firm has created well over 600 unique custom reports. Mr. Swedeen has also created end-user interfaces, integrations and custom workflows.

Commenting on the CTO appointment, EverGreen Solutions CEO Georgianna W. Oliver said, “The promotion of Todd Swedeen to Chief Technology Officer is a natural choice for this firm. In this new role, Mr. Swedeen will continue to work closely with EverGreen Solutions’ clients in the development of custom reports, will oversee the firm’s team of programmers and the Technical Division in Tulsa, OK, as well as providing leadership for the entire technical staff of over 25 professionals. Mr. Swedeen will also identify markets for new opportunities and applications while continuing to work closely with the CEO and other Directors in the firm to improve the firm’s approach within the real estate management industry.
