EverGreen Solutions Selected to Manage Software Upgrade for Global Commercial Real Estate Brokerage

Washington , D.C. – EverGreen Solutions, the leader in technology consulting for real estate management, today announced a new strategic software implementation with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (CTMT), a full-service commercial real estate firm.  EverGreen managed the implementation of Yardi Voyager for a private equity client portfolio comprised of 24 million square feet across 500 properties.

Historically CTMT had maintained separate, in-house lease administration applications to track the details associated with a commercial lease.  With the release of new commercial workflows in Yardi Voyager, CTMT recognized the benefit of property managers merging lease abstracts into the core application, eliminating the need for a separate application.

Generating enhanced benefits from Collier’s software investment, EverGreen Solutions provided detailed procedures, manuals, system configuration support, training and new custom reports.
