EverGreen Solutions Chosen as Technology Partner for National Community Renaissance (National CORE)

Washington, D.C. - EverGreen Solutions, the national leader in technology consulting for real estate management, announced today that it is working with National Community Renaissance (National CORE) to assist with its upgrade to the most advanced software platform, Yardi Voyager 6.08.22.  National CORE is a well respected leader of affordable housing with over 100 properties and over 10,000 units in six states, including Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, and Texas.

EverGreen Solutions’ scope of work for this project includes business process re-engineering, implementation of modules such as construction, PaySCAN for invoice processing, check scanning within the accounting system for accounts receivable, combining multiple databases, adding an on-line payment solution, and extensive training in accounting and operations.  The primary goal of the project is to ensure that National CORE is using the latest technology to its fullest extent in order to maximize operations and to deploy any ancillary products that can add value. .
